level-12 residential facility serving children, youth and their families. Position included:

•  Direct psychotherapy including individual, group and family therapy for each referred child•  Crisis management counseling to children, families and residential staff as needed
•  Provision of weekly therapeutic groups focusing on self-esteem and coping skills utilizing art therapy interventions to increase clients’ self regulation skills

•  Completion of appropriate County mental health documentation and client record keeping for

EPDEST requirements, assessment and client plans, reauthorization and reassessment, quarterly staffing reports, and facilitation of the clients quarterly treatment progress meetings

•  Treatment coordination that included: attending treatment team meetings and school

Level-12 gender specific residential program for girls with behavioral, child abuse, Alcohol, Drug, and mental health needs.

Position included:

•   Facilitation of groups, organized and monitored shift activities and delegated duties to residential staff

•   Supervision to ensure youth safety and de-escalate crisis episodes as needed
